Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Incharge to oversee the efficient and smooth operation of Thermal power plant site.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall electrical operation and maintenance activities at the power plant site.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor plant operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
- Manage a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- B.Tech/BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant field.
- Min 5 Year experience in a similar role as a Site Incharge or in a supervisory position within a thermal power plant
- In-depth knowledge of power plant operations, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,538.98 - ₹40,000.00 per month
