- Assist customers in selecting baby and kids’ products
- Explain product features, offers, and benefits to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing and POS (Point of Sale) operations
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Manage inventory and stock checking
- Receive and arrange new shipments
- Build good relationships with customers for repeat business
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Stay updated about new products, promotions, and market trends
- Support visual merchandising activities in the store
- Coordinate with team members and store managers for smooth operations
