We're hiring a Data Research Analyst to power our top-of-funnel pipeline for data engineering services (pipelines, ETL/ELT, warehousing, cloud data platforms). You'll dig through market signals — hiring patterns, cloud migrations, funding events, tech-stack shifts — to identify companies with a genuine need for our services, qualify them against our Ideal Customer Profile, and hand off sales-ready leads to our SDR/AE team.

Research target industries and accounts for buying signals — data engineer hiring surges, cloud migrations, funding rounds, and tech-stack changes — using Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and BuiltWith.

Qualify and score inbound and self-sourced leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Enrich lead records with decision-maker contacts, tech stack detail, and pain points.

Keep lead data clean, deduplicated, and properly segmented inside the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Analyze conversion patterns across the funnel to continuously sharpen the ICP.

Publish weekly lead reports and market-insight summaries for leadership.

Partner closely with SDRs, AEs, and Marketing to close the loop on lead quality and refine targeting lists.

2–4 years of experience in lead research, market research, or demand generation — B2B or technical-services experience is a strong plus.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on proficiency with prospecting tools and CRMs, plus strong Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups); basic SQL is a bonus.

Working technical literacy in data engineering concepts — ETL/ELT, pipelines, warehouses, cloud platforms — enough to recognize a genuine need.

Sharp research instincts, obsessive attention to data accuracy, clear written communication, and the self-direction to hit targets independently.

Office-based role in Ahmedabad, standard business hours, with occasional time-zone overlap to cover our target region.
