· Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
· Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette, answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller’s needs yourself
· Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized
· Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and other information
· Facilitates patient flow by notifying the department of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
· Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner
· Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment
· Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving patient history/information in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.
· Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician availability
· Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our EHR
· Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for off-site services
· Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
· Collect patient feedback, enters into proper system for evaluation and updates to reporting officer
· Solves patient issues coming into the scope of your relevance
· Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
