HR Trainee – Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate end-to-end HR activities, including campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Plan and execute campus engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with colleges and universities.
- Coordinate live project allotments, internships, and placement opportunities for students.
- Organize HR workshops, career guidance sessions, employability programs, and student engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and student communities.
- Support employer branding and execute marketing initiatives to enhance the organization's presence across campuses and digital platforms.
- Promote company programs through social media, online campaigns, and offline branding activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and track the outcomes of recruitment and campus engagement initiatives.
- Represent the organization professionally at colleges, career fairs, seminars, and networking events.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and event management abilities.
- Presentation and public speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel for campus recruitment and promotional activities.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
