Scalex IT Solutions is looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Creative Designer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D design, video editing, graphic design, branding, and digital content creation, along with a passion for exploring and adopting the latest design technologies and AI-powered creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphic designs, digital creatives, marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Develop 3D models, animations, renders, product visuals, and creative concepts using 3DS Max.
- Edit and produce professional videos, promotional content, reels, corporate videos, and social media content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design creative assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Work closely with the marketing, business development, product, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual content.
- Create designs for websites, mobile applications, social media, advertisements, presentations, brochures, banners, and other digital/print media.
- Develop creative concepts from initial ideas through final production.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, technologies, AI tools, automation, generative AI, 3D technologies, motion graphics, and emerging creative platforms.
- Explore and implement new tools and technologies that can improve design quality and productivity.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Required Skills & Expertise
Essential:
- 3DS Max – Excellent knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
- Adobe Photoshop – Advanced proficiency.
- Adobe Illustrator – Advanced proficiency.
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Advanced proficiency in professional video editing.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of video, animation, motion graphics, and 3D visualization.
Preferred / Added Advantage:
- Experience with After Effects, Blender, Figma, InDesign, or other creative tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D animation.
- Experience using AI-based creative and design tools, including generative AI for images, videos, designs, and content creation.
- Familiarity with the latest AI-assisted design, video editing, image generation, and productivity tools.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- 4–5+ years of professional experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, 3D Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar role.
- Strong and demonstrable creative thinking and visual design skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to final output.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective creative solutions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT/technology environment.
- Strong interest in learning and adopting new technologies and AI-driven creative solutions.
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, 3D work, video editing, animation, and other creative projects.
Education
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
