Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary to support the Managing Director in daily business operations, scheduling, communication, coordination, and confidential administrative tasks. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, professional etiquette, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and correspondence
- Screen calls, emails, and prioritize important matters
- Handle confidential documents and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Organize business meetings, events, and conferences
- Follow up on pending tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Maintain filing systems and office documentation
- Assist in personal work and administrative support as required
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional personality with good interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
