Job Description
Hastaya India Digital Marketing Firm is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have more than 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients and the company.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Handle social media platforms and create effective content strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, rankings, and campaign results.
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.
- Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities.
- Work with the content and creative team to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and overall performance.
- Manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will be an advantage.
