Business Development Executive ~ Glocert Certifications India Pvt. Ltd.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving client acquisition for Glocert's certification and audit services, while contributing to the organization's market presence and brand growth.
This role reports to the M.D / COO
Training Period: 30 days Stipend (training period): ₹15,000
Location: Coimbatore , Tamilnadu
Compensation (post-training): ₹4–4.5 LPA (70% Fixed / 30% Variable, inclusive of statutory deductions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads across target industries/sectors
- Conduct client outreach (cold calls, emails, field visits) to pitch Glocert's certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
- Coordinate with technical/audit teams to align client requirements with service offerings Follow up on leads through the sales funnel from initial contact to closure
Key Metrics for Evaluation:
- Number of qualified leads generated per month Lead-to-client conversion rate Revenue/new client acquisition targets
- Client pipeline management and follow-up turnaround time
Key Requirements:
- MBA/BBA or candidates with a background in sales/business development preferred
- Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client acquisition is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently on targets
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
