Job Summary
The Camp Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing medical camps, health awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives. The role involves coordinating with hospitals, corporate organizations, educational institutions, industries, NGOs, and community groups to conduct successful health camps that promote preventive healthcare and generate patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute health camps, screening programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Identify and develop partnerships with corporates, schools, colleges, industries, residential communities, NGOs, and other organizations for conducting health camps.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and administrative teams to ensure smooth camp operations.
- Arrange logistics, including venue setup, medical equipment, promotional materials, transportation, and registration.
- Promote health camps through local marketing activities, digital platforms, and community engagement.
- Ensure all required permissions and approvals are obtained before conducting camps.
- Maintain records of camp attendees, screenings performed, referrals generated, and follow-up requirements.
- Coordinate post-camp follow-up with patients and facilitate appointments for further consultation or treatment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on camp activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Manage camp budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, corporate HR teams, educational institutions, and referral partners.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and safety protocols during all outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Additional certification in healthcare administration or event management is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, event coordination, community outreach, or hospital operations.
- Experience in organizing medical camps or public health programs is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Frequent travel for field visits and camp locations.
- Weekend or holiday work may be required based on camp schedules.

Salary
Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and organizational policy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
