awareness in rural and underserved areas. We work to strengthen community health
systems through education, outreach, and delivery of essential medical services, with a
strong focus on TB screening and early diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities
● Operate portable digital X-ray machines and AI-enabled chest X-ray screening
systems on the Mobile Medical Unit as per standard operating procedures.
● Perform chest X-rays for TB screening and other program-relevant indications in
compliance with RNTCP/NTEP guidelines.
● Ensure correct patient positioning, image quality, and adherence to radiation safety
norms at all times.
● Observe, review, and upload X-ray images to AI platforms or digital systems
for interpretation and reporting.
● Maintain accurate digital and physical records, registers, and MIS related to radiology
services.
● Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with
infection prevention and radiation safety protocols.
● Maintain, clean, and conduct routine checks of X-ray equipment, radiation protection
devices, and accessories to ensure uninterrupted mobile operations.
● Monitor inventory of radiology consumables (films, DR plates, protective gear,
etc.) and coordinate with program management for timely replenishment.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready radiology area within the mobile
unit.
● Support timely reporting of X-ray results to facilitate immediate patient
counseling, referral, and treatment initiation.
● Coordinate with field staff, counselors, and medical officers for smooth patient
flow and follow-up.
● Handle all data entry, reporting, and MIS responsibilities related to X-ray and
TB screening activities.
Qualifications and Skills
● Diploma or Degree in X-Ray Technology /Radiology/Medical Imaging Technology
from a recognized institution
● Valid registration with State Paramedical Council/AERB certification (preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an X-Ray Technician; experience in TB
programs, mobile units, or public health projects preferred
● Strong knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and patient handling
protocols Familiarity with digital X-ray systems and AI-based TB screening tools is
an added advantage
● Ability to work independently in mobile and field-based settings
● Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and ethical handling of patient data
Willingness to travel extensively to field locations as per program requirements
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
