What You'll Do:-
- Assist in planning and executing user acquisition campaigns across digital channels
- Support product growth initiatives to improve activation, engagement, and retention
- Monitor and analyze user behavior, traffic, and campaign performance
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Help create and manage growth experiments and A/B tests
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards using analytics tools
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to enhance user experience
- Stay updated on growth marketing trends and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:-
- 0–2 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, or related roles
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and growth funnels
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
