Job description:
We’re looking for a Senior Executive - New Lead Management to manage patient and corporate inquiries, coordinate cashless payments, and provide an exceptional experience to our corporate patients.
Responsibilities:
· Handle patient and corporate inquiries via inbound & outbound calls
· Coordinate with corporate partners for cashless payments and approvals
· Maintain and update accurate lead and patient data in the CRM system
· Provide excellent service and support to corporate patients
· Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments
Requirements:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
· Experience in healthcare, lead management, or customer relations preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
