Relocation Candidates are needed who can relocate to Mumbai and Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
● Appointment Management:
○ Daily scheduling, follow-ups, and confirmations for client appointments
(in-person + online).
○ Ensure zero no-shows or scheduling errors through proactive
communication.
● Cash & POS Reconciliation:
○ Daily cash deposits and accurate POS register tracking without fail.
○ Immediate flagging and resolution of any discrepancies — accountability
lies with you.
● Inventory Management:
○ Conduct stock audits and replenishment a minimum of twice a week — no
delegation.
○ Includes tracking consumables like packaging materials, pouches, boxes,
etc.
○ Zero stockouts are acceptable — planning and upkeep are your
responsibility.
● Lead Handling:
○ Respond to leads via video calls and chats in a timely and professional
manner.
○ Follow up until the lead is either converted or closed.
● Hair Services & Client Work:
○ Learn Cut, color, style, and handle hairdressing for wigs, patches, and
clients.
○ Includes advanced services like keratin straightening and highlights —
both on products and real clients, as well as semi-permanent extension
installation.
○ Ensure output quality and client satisfaction.
● Training & Delegation:
○ Train new staff on all operational and customer-related tasks.
○ Personally ensure they meet our quality and service standards.
● Skill Upgrade & Transfer:
○ Actively learn and master new services such as semi-permanent
extensions, keratin treatments, etc.
○ Impart the same to your team to maintain a strong in-house skill set.
● Product Trials:
○ Personally handle physical trials of products on walk-in clients and
models.
○ Ensure clients are educated and guided correctly.
● Google Review Management:
○ Track all incoming reviews daily.
○ Take complete ownership in managing and removing negative reviews
using all available means.
○ Ensure a minimum of 50+ 5-star reviews every month —
non-negotiable.
● Studio Oversight (Even on Off Days):
○ Be available for urgent issues even on your weekly off — studio
functioning remains your responsibility along with the manager.
○ You are the secondary point of contact for the management for all
studio-related matters.
