Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Production Engineer to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, production planning skills, and experience in process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to achieve production, quality, and delivery targets.
- Manage shop-floor operations, manpower, and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.
- Monitor productivity, downtime, and material usage to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare production reports and support process improvements.
- Train and guide production personnel.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of electrical manufacturing and assembly.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Qualification & Experience
- BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
Preferred Industry
- Candidates with experience in Electrical Manufacturing, Lighting, Sheet Metal Manufacturing, or Fabrication & Welding industries will be preferred.
