Job Description.
Responsible for handling total logistics solutions, from pick up of cargo till delivery at destination. Work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and provide quality end-to-end service.
Responsibilities;
- Team player.
- Capable of individually handling Pre and Post shipment documentation of Sea & Air freight and guide the team.
- Manage and oversee daily operations in logistics, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Engage and negotiate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to secure optimal terms and monitor performance rigorously & offer costing/quote to customers on a daily basis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills & attention to detail.
Requirements;
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in export freight forwarding field is a must.
- Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree, self-motivated & go getter attitude.
- Must possess good command in English, Tamil & Hindi and willing to work under pressure. This position requires interacting with clients based in North India daily, therefore conversing ability in Hindi will add value.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
