Job Description
Phoenix Healthcare & Diagnostics is looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Full-Time Staff Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing OPD, Day Care, and basic emergency patients while ensuring high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care and monitor patients in the OPD and Day Care.
* Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
* Administer IV fluids, injections, medications, nebulization, and dressings as prescribed.
* Perform IV cannulation, blood sample collection, ECGs, and vital monitoring.
* Prepare patients for procedures and assist with admissions and discharges.
* Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
* Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
* Educate patients regarding medications, wound care, and follow-up instructions.
* Manage medical inventory and ensure proper storage of medicines and consumables.
* Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and other healthcare staff for seamless patient care.
* Handle basic medical emergencies until the doctor takes over.
Eligibility
* GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
* Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration.
* 0–3 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
* Skilled in IV cannulation, injections, blood collection, ECG, and basic patient care.
* Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
* Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
