Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Set up and monitor machines for smooth production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Change moulds and materials as instructed by the production supervisor.
- Maintain production records, rejection reports, and shift logs.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and optimum machine utilization.
- Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
