Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing processes, manages key performance indicators, and ensures effective resolution of defects, fostering collaboration across teams to achieve seamless quality assurance outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex MXTest.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement test strategies that cover end-to-end application scenarios.
- Experience in managing defect lifecycle and test execution metrics.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Murex MXTest.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
