About the Role
Star Estaate is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate quality real estate leads. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, video production, social media marketing, and digital branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality property videos and reels.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts.
- Design creative posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle Google Business Profile updates and online branding.
- Upload property listings with attractive descriptions and visuals.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate buyer and seller leads.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and real estate marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing content for new property launches.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of video shooting using a smartphone or camera.
- Excellent video editing skills using software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, or similar tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Meta Ads.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Photography and drone videography (optional).
- Knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
