GODHA DEVELOPERS is looking for an experienced and dynamic Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our construction team.
Position : QC Engineer
Experience : 5–10 Years

Job Location : Yendada, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Key Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, QA/QC procedures, and IS Codes.
- Experience in inspection, testing, quality documentation, and material approvals.
- Ability to monitor site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of RCC works, finishing works, waterproofing, and MEP quality coordination.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures at the project site.
- Conduct inspections for all construction activities.
- Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor testing of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure timely closure of quality observations and NCRs.
