We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to design tailor-made travel packages that meet client needs and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Research and plan customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.
- Book and confirm travel arrangements.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Handle customer inquiries, amendments, cancellations, and after-sales support professionally.
- Stay updated on travel trends, airline promotions, and new destinations.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and travel partners.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or any other related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a travel agency or consultancy or freshers also can apply .
- Familiarity with travel booking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- A passion for travel and customer service excellence.
