Job Description
Moraya Graphics is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, following up with customers, explaining our custom packaging products, sending quotations, and converting inquiries into orders.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packaging solutions.
- Send quotations and coordinate with the design team.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer data and daily sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Sales or Telecalling experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
