Position Summary
Level: Manager
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work You’ll Do
As a Product Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing the architecture of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability. You will leverage your expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies to drive the development of innovative solutions. Your experience with tools like ArgoCD, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes will be critical in shaping our product strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the overall product architecture and technical vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of architecture with business goals.
Design and implement scalable and reliable product architectures using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) to build and maintain robust infrastructure.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD.
Oversee the deployment and orchestration of containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability are followed.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
The team
Our Deloitte Innovations and Technology teams are working on delivering innovate cloud-based solutions across a range of domains and industries (e.g. supply chain management, banking/insurance, CPG, retail, etc.). It is a fast-paced, innovative and exciting environment. Our teams are following an agile development approach and work with the latest technologies across a wide range of cloud technologies, commercial options and open source. We are building and bringing solutions to market which we are hosting and operating for our clients.
Qualifications:
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in product architecture or a similar role.
Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
Proficiency with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, particularly ArgoCD.
Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes.
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and reliable product architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
Experience with additional AI technologies and frameworks.
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and AI environments.
Certification in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
Education:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (3 Year) within a technical field.
