Job Summary
Welcord Components Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage manpower, ensure quality standards, and achieve production targets. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and be capable of coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Manage and guide production operators and helpers.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Train and motivate production staff to improve performance.
- Minimize material wastage and improve operational efficiency.
Educational Qualification
- Any Degree (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, BCA, Diploma, or equivalent).
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Factory Operations.
- Freshers with good leadership skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, PCB Assembly, or EMS Industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and inventory coordination.
