- Maintain and update product, inventory, and customer records.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- Perform data entry with high accuracy.
- Manage billing software and maintain digital documentation.
- Handle emails and basic office correspondence.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product procurement.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing when required.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Verify received stock against purchase orders.
- Maintain purchase registers and vendor records
