Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly active, go-getter to supervise our daily Web Development and SEO operations. You don't need to be a hardcore programmer, but you must have a strong technical understanding of how websites and search engines work so the team cannot make technical excuses. Your main job is very simple: Make sure the tasks get done, tracking daily work, learning new things quickly, and ensuring no project is left pending.
What You Will Actually Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Get Things Done (Task Management): Supervise the daily task list for the development and SEO teams. Push the team to meet deadlines, solve their roadblocks, and ensure tasks move swiftly to "Done."
- Supervise Website Development: Review the work done by the developers. This means checking if a website looks exactly like the provided design, testing mobile views, ensuring plugins are safely updated, and checking if contact forms function properly.
- Supervise SEO & Marketing: Ensure the SEO team is hitting their daily targets for creating backlinks, publishing blogs on time, and updating Google Maps profiles using tools like SE Ranking and Google Search Console.
- Relentless Follow-Ups: Constantly chase people for updates. Follow up with clients for required images or content, and find ways to get developers moving if they are stuck.
- Quality Checking (QA): Act as the final checker before any website or task goes to the client. You will click buttons, read the text, check for broken links, and ensure everything is 100% correct.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- The "Go-Getter" Attitude: You take ownership. If a task is assigned, you make sure it is completed on time, no matter what. You are strict with deadlines and highly organized.
- Quick Learner: You come from a normal background but you are extremely smart. If you don't know how a specific software works, you can watch a tutorial, figure it out quickly, and guide the team.
- Technical Common Sense: You understand the basics of WordPress, WooCommerce, web hosting, and SEO. You need to know what it means when a website is "migrated," when a plugin breaks, or when a backlink is "not indexed."
- Clear Communicator: You can explain complex technical tasks in simple words to clients and team members.
- Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
