Job Description – Media Planning & Buying
Position: Media Planning & Buying Executive / Manager
Industry: Advertising AgencyRoles & Responsibilities:
- Develop media strategies and plans based on client objectives and campaign goals.
- Plan and execute media buying across Digital, Print, TV, Radio, Outdoor, and other platforms.
- Negotiate with media vendors and publishers for best pricing and placements.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize media spends for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with creative, servicing, and performance marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
- Prepare media plans, budgets, schedules, and campaign reports.
- Ensure timely campaign delivery and maintain strong relationships with media partners.
- Track billing, release orders, and vendor payments related to media activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Experience in media planning and buying within an advertising agency preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional media platforms.
- Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic buying, and analytics tools.
- Strong client handling and coordination skills.
- Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
