Job Summary:
The Store & Maintenance Coordinator manages inventory and maintenance operations to ensure the facility is stocked, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and place orders.
- Facility Maintenance: Schedule repairs, conduct inspections, and ensure safety compliance.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for inventory and services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory and maintenance records.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Experience in inventory management or facility maintenance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
