Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Hardware & Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of computer hardware, network systems, and end-user support while minimizing system downtime and maintaining IT security standards.
The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on networking knowledge, and the capability to provide timely technical support in a fast-paced work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and servers
-Diagnose and repair hardware faults and replace defective components
-Set up and manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls
-Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
-Configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks and VPN access
-Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues
-Implement and maintain network security (antivirus, firewall, access control)
-Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery processes
-Maintain inventory of IT assets and hardware
-Document system configurations, issues, and resolutions
-Coordinate with vendors for procurement and servicing
ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related technical discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in hardware support and network administration
- Experience in handling enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user support preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to travel within Odisha, if required
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
