Job Title: Leasing Manager
Role Overview:
The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing all leasing activities, identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining tenant relationships, and maximizing occupancy and revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
- Identify and attract potential tenants through networking, marketing, and business development activities.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and finalize lease agreements in line with company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing-related concerns.
- Monitor lease renewals, expiries, and occupancy status.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams regarding lease documentation and compliance.
- Prepare leasing reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with applicable regulations and company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing, sales, business development, or property management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and leasing/property management systems.
- Ability to work independently and achieve leasing targets.
