Role Overview
The CRM Helpdesk Executive will act as a dedicated support interface for corporate employees, ensuring smooth coordination between employees, insurance partners, and internal claims teams for both cashless and reimbursement claims.
The role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and hands-on experience in health insurance claims processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site CRM and health insurance claims support at assigned corporate/client locations
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for employee queries related to health insurance claims
- Assist employees with:
- Cashless claim submissions
- Reimbursement claim processes
- Claim tracking and status updates
- Support employees in understanding:
- Policy coverage
- Insurance benefits
- Claim procedures and documentation
- Coordinate with insurer claims teams for:
- Timely cashless approvals
- Priority claim processing
- Collect, verify, and dispatch claim documents as per insurer and corporate requirements
- Handle employee calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally
- Ensure high-quality customer service and timely query resolution
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and insurance-related information
- Stay updated on health insurance policies, regulations, and process changes
- Travel up to twice a week between assigned corporate branches/locations for on-ground support
Candidate RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the health insurance industry
- Prior experience in claims processing is preferred
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Cashless claims
- Reimbursement claims
- Health insurance claim platforms
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of corporate health insurance policies
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and email handling skills
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with TPA, insurance companies, brokers, or healthcare service providers
- Comfortable interacting with employees at corporate client locations
- Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain process accuracy
