Job Summary
Maa Harsiddhi Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to manage and execute Power Distribution projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical infrastructure works, site execution, contractor coordination, and project documentation while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise power distribution projects at site.
- Monitor installation of HT/LT lines, transformers, substations, poles, cables, and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare measurement books (MB), billing quantities, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the procurement and store departments for material planning.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and electrical safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in Power Distribution, Electrical Infrastructure, or Utility Projects.
- Experience in HT/LT line execution, transformer installation, feeder works, and substation projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQ, DPR, and project execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
