- Strong understanding of Sheetmetal fabrication process including cutting, bending, forming and welding.
- EN ISO 9712 certification required .(VT,PT,MPI)
- EN 15085 standard knowledge and certification knowledge.
- WPS, WPQRS, WQT, Welder Prolongation.
- Before, during ,after welding inspection for EN standards.
- IWE, Deputy Welding engineer further welding for EN standard.
- Inward and material inspection EN standard.
- Expertise in quality control methodologies and inspection techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards (eg. ISO 9001)
- Proficiency with measurement tools and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional terms.
- Leadership experience to manage a quality team and drive improvement initiatives.
