Reporting To: Department Head / Plant Head
Experience: 2–5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily department activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Allocate work and manage manpower effectively.
- Achieve daily production/work targets as per plan.
- Ensure SOP, GMP, safety, and quality standards are followed.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, and attendance.
- Maintain department records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
- Identify issues and take corrective actions.
- Maintain workplace hygiene and 5S practices.
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualification:
