Campus Growth & Partnerships Executive Full-Time | Hackingly Innovators
Location: Jaipur / Rajasthan + Travel across India
Experience: 0–2 years
Salary: ₹20000.0 – ₹30000.0 Per Month in hand + performance incentives
This isn't a desk job. And it definitely isn't a “just call colleges” job.
At Hackingly, we are building one of India's largest technology, innovation and opportunity ecosystems — connecting students, developers, professionals, founders, companies, colleges, universities and institutions.
And we're looking for someone who wants to be in the middle of all of it.
You could be speaking to a university Director in the morning, meeting a college Dean in the afternoon, closing a partnership with an institution by evening, and travelling to another city the next day to execute an event.
If you love people, conversations, travel, business and the thrill of closing a deal — this could be your playground.
What will you actually do?
Your job is simple to explain:
Build relationships → Find opportunities → Close partnerships → Generate revenue → Make them happen.
You will work with:
- Colleges & Universities
- Schools & Educational Institutions
- Student Communities
- Professional Communities
- Startups
- Companies & Clients
- Institutional Decision-Makers
- Deans, Directors, T&P Heads, Faculty & Community Leaders
Your responsibilities will include:
Build Partnerships
Identify relevant institutions and communities and initiate conversations with them on behalf of Hackingly / Hackingly Innovators.
Own the Conversation
You won't simply pass a lead to someone else.
You'll understand the requirement, pitch the right Hackingly offering, negotiate, follow up and work towards closing the partnership.
Think Revenue First
This is extremely important.
We don't want someone whose definition of partnership is:
"We signed an MoU with a college."
We want someone who thinks:
"How do we turn this relationship into a ₹50K / ₹1L / ₹5L / recurring opportunity?"
You should constantly identify opportunities around:
- Paid institutional programs
- Hackathons
- Innovation challenges
- Workshops
- Training programs
- Campus events
- Industry engagement
- Student programs
- Sponsorships
- Recruitment/talent programs
- Community partnerships
- Other customized B2B/B2I opportunities
Pitch & Present
Speak confidently with decision-makers, understand their problems and position Hackingly as the solution.
Execute
Once a partnership is closed, you don't disappear.
You'll work with the internal team to ensure:
- Student registrations happen
- Events are executed
- Deliverables are completed
- Client expectations are met
- The relationship continues
Grow the Account
A college shouldn't be a one-time transaction.
You should constantly think:
"What else can we do with this institution?"
One workshop → hackathon → student chapter → training → corporate engagement → annual partnership.
That's the mindset we're looking for.
Who are we looking for?
We don't care whether your degree says BBA, B.Tech, MBA, BCA, BA or something else.
We're looking for personality + hunger + communication + commercial thinking.
You should be:
Exceptionally good at communication
You should genuinely enjoy talking to people.
If approaching a stranger, calling a Director or starting a conversation at an event scares you, this isn't the role for you.
Extremely energetic
You should bring energy into a room.
A people person
You should enjoy meeting new people, understanding them and building relationships.
Commercially hungry
You should naturally think:
"How can this become revenue?"
A problem solver
A client says:
"We don't have a budget."
You shouldn't immediately say:
"Okay, I'll close the lead."
You should think:
"What can we restructure? What problem are they actually trying to solve? What other model can work?" Comfortable travelling
You'll meet institutions and clients across cities.
Travel is part of the job, not an inconvenience.
Comfortable with unpredictability
Some days will be 9–5.
Some days won't.
Events, meetings and client requirements don't always follow a calendar.
We're looking for someone who enjoys that environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset
You should behave like someone building the business, not someone waiting for instructions.
Why should you join Hackingly?
Because you won't be doing the same thing every day.
One day you could be: Meeting a university Director.
The next:Closing a corporate partnership.
Then:Travelling to a college for an event.
Then:Pitching a new program to a startup.
Then:Building a ₹10L institutional opportunity from an existing relationship.
You will learn:
Sales.
Negotiation.
Business development.
Relationship management.
Event execution.
Public speaking.
B2B/B2I strategy.
Revenue generation.
And most importantly:
How businesses actually get built. What success looks like
You will be evaluated on outcomes, not just activity.
Your KPIs can include:
- New institutional relationships
- Qualified opportunities
- Meetings generated
- Partnerships closed
- Revenue generated
- Repeat business
- Account expansion
- Event/program execution
- Client satisfaction
Calls made are activity.
Revenue generated is impact.
Who should apply?
If you're someone who says:
"I want a conventional 9–5 job."
This probably isn't for you.
But if you're someone who says:
"Give me a phone, a laptop, a network and a target. I'll figure it out."
We want to meet you.
If you're a Gen-Z person who wants to travel, meet hundreds of interesting people, learn business by actually doing it, build relationships with senior decision-makers and see your work directly translate into revenue —
You should apply.
Not a traditional sales job. Not a traditional partnership role.
You're going to meet people, build relationships, close deals, travel, execute events and build revenue across India's college & institutional ecosystem.
If you're hungry, extroverted, commercially sharp and love talking to people — come build with us.
