Job Title: Sales Manager – Interior Design (Luxury Segment)

Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager who will own the complete sales cycle — from handling inbound leads to converting them into high-value interior projects.
This role is not about passive follow-ups.
It’s about closing clients who are ready to invest in premium interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound leads (calls, website inquiries, WhatsApp, references)
- Qualify prospects based on budget, intent, and timeline
- Schedule and conduct client meetings (office/site/virtual)
- Understand client requirements and pitch design solutions confidently
- Coordinate with design team to present concepts and estimates
- Drive negotiations and close deals
- Maintain strong follow-up systems (CRM / manual tracking)
- Ensure smooth handover to execution team post-sale
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in sales (interior / real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle high-ticket clients (₹5L – ₹50L+ projects)
- Confident, presentable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with site visits and client meetings
- Hunger to close deals (this matters more than experience)
