Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the production team.
- Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores.
- Monitor manpower, line efficiency, and production performance.
- Implement process improvements and reduce wastage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Textile, Garment Technology, or related field.
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in the Garment Industry.
- Shirt Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience in leading production teams is mandatory.
