- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Manage production team and allocate work efficiently.
- Monitor quality, productivity and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and other departments.
- Control wastage and production costs.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma in Textile or Garment Manufacturing
Experience: 5–10 years in Garment Production
Skills: Production Planning, Team Management, Problem Solving, Quality & Cost Control
Location: Madurai
Salary : Based on Industry Standard
