Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and improve food formulations based on product requirements and market
trends.
2. Conduct product trials, testing, and sensory evaluations to maintain quality standards.
3. Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, labeling requirements, and food safety
standards.
4. Coordinate with production and quality teams during product development and
commercialization.
5. Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, reports, specifications, and trial records.
6. Support innovation projects, ingredient research, and continuous product improvement
initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology or related field.
2. Prior experience in a food manufacturing company is mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge of food formulation and ingredient functionality.
4. Understanding of food compliance and regulatory standards.
5. Nutrition experience will be an added advantage.
6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary- Upto 40k
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
