Supply Chain & Inventory Planning – E-commerce Executive
We are looking for a Supply Chain & Inventory Planning Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing inventory, stock planning, and e-commerce operations.
The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple warehouses and multiple SKUs, and should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor inventory across multiple warehouses.
- Track SKU-wise stock levels, sales movement, and replenishment requirements.
- Ensure adequate stock availability for e-commerce sales.
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses whenever required.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock SKUs.
- Prepare regular inventory and sales reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, purchase, and e-commerce teams.
- Support inventory planning for sales events, promotions, and seasonal demand.
- Maintain accurate stock and reconciliation reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, E-commerce Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience handling multiple warehouses and a large number of SKUs.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, formulas, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of inventory planning, stock replenishment, and warehouse coordination.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience in the e-commerce or consumer electronics industry will be preferred.
