We are looking for a Senior Online Analytics professional to own data-driven decision making across our digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, marketing, and omnichannel, and is responsible for translating complex data into clear business actions that drive revenue, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
You will shape the analytics direction for online channels, build scalable measurement frameworks, and act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders across product, growth, tech, and business teams.

Business & Growth Analytics

Own end-to-end analytics for online channels including app, web, acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.

Work closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Category teams to influence roadmap and investment decisions using data.
Identify growth levers across funnels (traffic conversion repeat- LTV) and drive measurable impact.
2. Product & Experimentation

Define and track success metrics for key product initiatives.

Drive experimentation (A/B tests, cohorts, funnel analysis) to evaluate features, UX changes, and personalization.

Apply hypothesis-driven analysis and post-launch measurement to continuously improve performance.
3. Omnichannel & Customer Insights

Analyze customer behavior across online and offline touchpoints to improve omnichannel conversion and experience.

Generate insights on customer segments, purchase behavior, repeat cycles, and drop-offs.

Partner with CRM and lifecycle teams to optimize targeting, personalization, and retention.
4. Analytics Infrastructure & Data Quality

Own analytics instrumentation and data quality for digital platforms (events, funnels, attribution).

Work with data engineering to enable scalable dashboards and self-serve analytics.

Ensure consistent metric definitions and reporting across teams.
5. Stakeholder Influence & Storytelling

Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clear narratives.

Influence decisions across cross-functional teams through data-backed thinking.

Act as a trusted analytics partner for product and growth initiatives.

7–10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles, preferably in consumer internet, e-commerce, or app-first companies.

Strong hands-on experience with product analytics, growth analytics, and experimentation.

Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling.

Proficiency with SQL and modern analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Power BI, etc.).

Ability to convert data into clear business narratives and actionable insights.
