Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable ERP solutions
• Schedule product demos and coordinate with the technical team
• Maintain and update CRM with daily activity and lead status
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / B2B sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in SaaS / ERP / software sales preferred
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
