We are looking for a creative and organised executive to manage and improve the online presence of SFD Store and PACO across social media, the company website and online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
- Create monthly content calendars, posts, reels, stories, promotional creatives and basic product videos.
- Cover new products, store activities, offers, workshops and special occasions.
- Respond promptly to customer comments, messages and enquiries.
- Regularly update and improve the company website.
- Upload new products with accurate images, descriptions, prices and stock details.
- Improve website banners, product pages, categories and overall presentation.
- Ensure the website is easy to navigate on desktop and mobile.
- Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour and online sales.
- Identify and fix basic website content, product-listing and navigation issues.
- Coordinate with developers or external agencies for technical improvements when required.
- Upload and update products on Amazon and other online marketplaces.
- Prepare optimised product titles, descriptions, keywords and specifications.
- Monitor online listings and recommend improvements to increase visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with store teams to collect product information, photographs, videos and offer details.
- Track social media engagement, website traffic, customer enquiries and online sales.
- Prepare a simple monthly performance report.
- Monitor competitors, current trends and new content opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, website management or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and WordPress/WooCommerce is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Canva, photography and video editing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple channels and meet deadlines.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
