Educational Qualification
- B. Com / M. Com / BBA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Additional certification in Tally / Accounting Software is desirable.
Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in accounting.
- Hospital or healthcare accounting experience preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Tally / Busy / Hospital Management Software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and financial reporting.

- Ability to maintain confidential financial information.

Job Responsibilities-
1. Financial Management
- Maintain accurate daily accounting records of hospital transactions.
- Prepare daily cash reports, bank reconciliation statements, and financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable including vendor payments and patient billing reconciliation.
- Monitor hospital income from OPD, IPD, pharmacy, diagnostics, and procedures.
2. Billing & Revenue Control
- Verify patient billing, insurance claims, and package charges.
- Reconcile daily collections from billing counters.
- Ensure proper accounting of cash, card, UPI, and online payments.
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Prepare salary sheets and staff payroll processing.
- Maintain records for PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
4. Vendor & Purchase Accounting
- Maintain supplier ledger accounts.
- Verify purchase bills, pharmacy invoices, and medical equipment payments.
- Coordinate with purchase department for payment approvals.
5. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Support internal and external audits.
6. Inventory & Cost Control
- Coordinate with pharmacy, store, and purchase department for stock accounting.
- Monitor cost control for medicines, consumables, and equipment.
7. Record Keeping
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Safeguard financial data and confidential records.
