3+ years of marketing and sales-related business experience
Experience in change management and/or continuous improvement role
Industry experience in consumer goods / retail / automotive / building material is a plus
Intellectual curiosity, strong problem solving and analytical capability
Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Track record of increasingly more senior responsibilities in digital marketing, direct to consumer channel, E-marketing customer loyalty and customer relationship management, brand proposition management, product management, sales and channel management (B2B2C and B2B sales), pricing, marketing spend effectiveness, marketing ROI and branding effectiveness, pricing and trade spend optimization
