We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing & Sales Manager to own the entire customer journey—from creating the market message to closing the deal. This is a high-impact role where you will be the bridge between our innovative software products and our clients. You will be responsible for developing compelling marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, conducting on-site and remote product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing (40%)
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our suite of ERP and CRM products.
- Create compelling product messaging, value propositions, and differentiated positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including sales presentations, case studies, datasheets, website content, and demo scripts.
- Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the development team to translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
Sales & Business Development (60%)
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and following up on inbound inquiries.
- Client Meetings & Demos: Travel to client locations (as needed) to conduct in-depth needs analysis and deliver powerful, tailored product demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast sales and maintain a healthy pipeline using our CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a combined product marketing and sales role, preferably in B2B software, SaaS, ERP, or CRM.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to explain complex software concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating marketing materials and sales collateral from the ground up.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
Highly Desired:
- Direct experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or custom solutions).
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas like sales, marketing, finance, or supply chain.
- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
