Job Summary
The Loan Associate will assist customers throughout the loan application process by explaining products, collecting documents, coordinating with lenders, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer leads.
- Explain loan products and eligibility.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Coordinate with Banks.
- Update CRM regularly.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain proper documentation.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
Freshers candidates can apply, experienced candidates will be an added advantage.
