Job Summary
Genner Industries is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated ITI Freshers to join our manufacturing team as CNC / VMC Operators. Candidates with a passion for precision machining and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and VMC machines under the guidance of senior operators.
- Load and unload components safely.
- Understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Measure finished components using basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
- Perform machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Maintain quality standards and follow production targets.
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace discipline.
- Report any machine abnormalities or quality issues to the supervisor.
Eligibility
- ITI in Advanced CNC Machining Technician, Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or related Mechanical trades.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machines is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good learning attitude and team spirit.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operations.
- Ability to read simple engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
