Role: Sales Manager – Eye Brand Pickle Company, Usilampatti
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales operations of Eye Brand Pickle Company, Usilampatti. The role involves managing sales activities, developing new market opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers, and achieving company sales targets.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the brand presence, improving product distribution, coordinating with sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities across local and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product reach and revenue.
- Manage and expand distributor and retailer networks.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
- Identify new markets, sales channels, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Lead and guide sales representatives/field sales teams.
- Coordinate with production and management teams to ensure smooth supply and delivery.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights for product and business improvement.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain sales records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, FMCG, food products, or distribution business preferred.
- Good knowledge of local markets and customer relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle field sales operations.
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in pickle, food products, FMCG distribution, wholesale, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
