Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional follow-up skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires handling confidential information, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and acting as a key communication bridge between the MD and various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Track and follow up on all action items assigned by the MD across departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Draft professional emails, letters, and business correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information with discretion.
- Conduct internet research and compile business insights whenever required.
- Organize meetings, record action points, and monitor execution.
- Maintain trackers, schedules, and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Support the MD in administrative, operational, and coordination activities.
- Handle personal coordination tasks of the MD whenever required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior management.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
